RESPONSIBILITIES


> Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
> Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
> Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
> Produce timely and detailed service reports
> Document processes
> Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
> Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
> Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
> Build positive relationships with customers
> Perform a dynamic set of electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks
> Support project management during the construction phase of projects by resolving on-site problems and coordinating needed input from engineering team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
> Technical degree or certification
> Aptitude for field work while being creative, flexible, and detail-oriented to meet strict deadlines
> Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
