They are seeking Recruitment Consultants in at all levels for a new technical recruitment start up providing permanent and temporary, technical and professional engineers for the oil & gas and power sectors in Nigeria. This role will be based in Lagos Nigeria

You will be recruited to start up a new division with the financial backing of a well established UK company. You will strategically start up and build a new Oil & gas recruitment division through your own sales activity and management, including effective and professional head hunting, networking and referral gathering, as well as utilisation of existing client relationships. You will work with full autonomy, working within all salary brackets in the Oil & Gas sector.

You will be graduate calibre, a self-starting Senior Recruiter or an experienced Recruitment Manager. With a minimum of 3 years experience in recruiting expatriate technical / engineering permanent and contract staff for the Nigerian oil and gas industry. You will know of the specific roles and related project positions within this sector and leverage off relationships already present and roles coming in from there for this.

You must have an entrepreneurial flair and be able to demonstrate an excellent billing history, be keen to be involved in something from the beginning. You will have the confidence, savvy, and experience to get this business off to a flying start and you will be rewarded highly for your dedication
