Responsibilities:


  • Managing stock levels and make key decisions about stock control
  • Analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning,
  • Dealing with staffing issues: interviewing potential staff in liaison with the Head of HR
  • Conducting appraisals and performance reviews
  • Providing or organizing training and development
  • Ensuring standards for quality, customer service
  • Responding to customer complaints and comments
  • Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues
  • Monitoring what close competitors are doing, initiating changes to improve the business

Qualification :


  • B.Sc or OND/HND in Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields.
  • 1 year cognate work experience
  • Physically and Medically fit
  • Must be presentable
