1. Field Services Engineer (2 Nos)

The Field Services Engineer will provide technical support and field level solutions to the company’s customers and sales force as well as make assessments of job site requirements.

Requirements
• Knowledgeable in electrical systems, products, methods and practices
• Experience in UPS, office electrical equipment, power systems is a definite plus
• 3 years experience in electrical engineering or related technical field
• 3-5 years experience as a Field Engineer or Sales Engineer is a definite plus
• Project management mentality, analyzes problems and provide solutions, communicates effectively and coordinates the team effort

2. Business Development Manager-Utilities (West/North/East) (3 Nos)

The principal function of this position is to explore and maximize sales opportunities for the company by utilizing existing potentials and turning growth indices to sales revenue. The incumbent is expected to manage, develop, maintain and continuously improve sales on electrical projects in PHCN Western/Southern/Northern Zones. This involves developing commercial strategy, planning, scheduling and delivering winning presentation and solutions, as well as offering competitive quotes in order to achieve sales target and order intake forecast for the company.

Key requirements

The successful candidate should possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably Power Options and with a sound commercial acumen. He/She should be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
• 4 years minimum experience in Technical/ Electrical projects sales of which at least 2 must be Technical.
• Experience in Contracts and Project Management from Approval to Delivery
• Conversant with Electric Power equipments, and the nuances of the Power sector in Nigeria – Generation, Transmission and Distribution with preference on Distribution.
• Should be well accustomed with world-class practices and standards of generating new customers and maintaining existing ones, as well as identify sales potential and close the deal effortlessly.
• A team player who has initiatives and can take responsibilities
• A self starter and self motivated individual who should have good communication skills; be computer literate, and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools to generate monthly reports.
• Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to motivate and lead teams to meet deadlines
• Ability to manage systems and deliver reports on time in a structured manner with quality and measurable results
• Excellent written and oral English language skills
Successful candidates will have a relevant degree in electrical engineering combined with extensive experience in the use Sales Development. Candidates should have at least 5- 7 years experience of working with a variety of power distribution projects. Candidates must be team players with strong analytical, interpretive, organizational, problem solving and excellent communication skills. Ability to speak Yoruba Language is an added advantage.

5. Accountant (Reporting and Controlling) Analyst

The person in this position will be part of a team responsible for posting all accounting transactions in compliance with local and international requirements/standards as well as reporting for the Group In addition, this position will involve responsibility for preparing all appropriate schedules and tools for control and reconciliation. This position will report to a Finance Country Manager.

Key requirements

The successful candidate should possess a degree in Accounting, and must be a Chartered Accountant with a sound knowledge of SAP Applications. He/She should have a sound knowledge of Accounting techniques, processes and reporting in a multinational company.
The incumbent must possess:
• Experience in Reconciliation, Reporting and Control is necessary
• Demonstrable frequency, accuracy and exhaustiveness of IG reconciliations
• At least 5 years minimum experience in Accounting practice
• Should be well accustomed with world-class Accounting practices and practical standards of timely closure of accounts.
• A team player who has initiatives and can take responsibilities
• A self starter and self motivated individual who should have good communication skills; be computer literate, and proficient in the use of SAP tools to generate monthly reports.
• Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to motivate and lead teams to meet deadlines
• Ability to manage systems and deliver reports on time in a structured manner with quality and measurable results
• Excellent written and oral English language skills
