The Mechanical Engineer’s duties include coordinating all M&E works, conducting regular site visits and inspections to ensure that engineering works are in compliance with project schedules, checking and solving drawing discrepancies and installation problems with consultants, services providers and contractors. It will include monitoring M&E work progress, handling material control and implementing quality/completion checklist. This role will also organize site meetings with contractors and consultants and liaise with them and project team on any design variations.

The Civil Engineer will design, supervise and coordinate all external civil works on buildings and at construction sites, manage and organize all phases of project work, planning, design, review and construction phase support.

Sound degree-level training and 4 - 5 years of solid relevant post-graduation engineering experience in a building/real estate development environment especially with multi-storey buildings required. Age limit of 35 years applies. Must be knowledgeable of AutoCad and other key engineering softwares. Please do not apply if you have not worked for 4 years (or more) after graduating.
