@Vickoola... Corporations in order to reduce the cost of recruitment, they most times contract it to agencies, even the interviewing process...what they do is to insist the agency in question use some of their staff or former staff to help out with the technical aspect of the interview
Do not be surprised to still see eraproserve as the ones conducting the interview...at least the first stage of the interview

How cld they hv dished out integration, matrix, projectiles, lit in eng, Acc & geology for an aptitude test 2evryone

@biggerboyze; really it is not fair to all who wrote the test, but come to think of it life is not fair, life does not give you what you desire it gives you what you demand...make your demands for this job; to God actually

I think you guys shouldnt think the test was a bad one. No one was told the format of the exam before hand and they were at liberty to come up with what they wanted. Bringing up questions from many disciplines indicate their interest in getting people that are well rounded in all spheres of endeavors. Who said aptitude test is just Maths and English?

@ Jack_Bauer: I didnt take d test, but from what Iv heard so far I think those guys were totally unfair.
How the hell do u expect som1 dat studied Social Sciences to know sh*t about Physics.. That test goes a long way to prove that they r not being transparent..Heck I even heard from a relation in a Federal Ministry that som Senior Civi servants & Senators already have their candidates according to quota given to dem.

So all hopefuls,if una know person 4 ABJ,start lobbying..else still hope on God & Pray harder.
