This position will work on the Agura IPP. The successful candidate will represent Global Power Asset Management on Agura IPP development team Responsible for collecting best practices from existing Chevron power operations and incorporating them into the Agura Operational Assurance (OA) processes, coordinate and lead OA workshops as required. Helping to develop the proposed O&M Organization, O&M Cost Estimates and Reliability and Availability estimates for use in project economics and business planning. Works closely with the Technical Services and Commercial Development. Responsible to develop and publish required OA precesses and procedures to ensure Agura IPP's operational readiness.

Position Details: Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

Previous Combined Cycle and or Cogeneration Power Plant Operations and Maintenance Experience. - This position requires a very good understanding of the technical aspects of the proper operation and maintenance of the combined cycle power plant facility.
Communication Skills - Ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders and be a strong advocate for the needs of the project.
Understanding of Operations Assurance Process and ability to complete OA work for Agura power project including generting required processes and procedures.
Environment - Ability to succeed in challenging, international and multi-cultural work environment.
Operational Excellence focus

Required Qualifications:
Position will be resident in Lagos, Nigeria.
BS Engineering strongly desired but 10+ years line operating/supervion will be accecpted in lieu of engineering degree.
Previous Combined Cycle and or Cogeneration Power Plant Operations and Maintenance Experience
