Role Synopsis
At Baker Hughes BJ PL, this position is responsible for providing professional leadership, planning, supervision and control in all areas pertaining to the assigned service process. Basic Qualifications
B.Sc. Engineering or O-Cap advancement, good technical background, supervisory skill, excellent communication skill and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience

Desired/Preferred Qualifications
Proficient knowledge of Completions product line and proper application of tools.
Good communication skills – both verbal and written.
Thorough understanding of Completionss and rig operations.
Proficient in use of computer based programs related to application of products.
Good analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Ensures full awareness of and compliance with, the requirements of all relevant Company/customer HSE Handbooks, HSE procedures and emergency procedures
Develop subordinate personnel with on job training; maintain efficient and harmonious employees’ relationships on assigned tasks
Prepare all pre-job calculations, prepare and agree pre-job plan with clients on site representative, attend Pre-job and Post- Job briefings with Sales and Operations staff and client representatives
Ensure equipment in a state of readiness to provide the customer with a high quality service and obtain the maximum life span of our equipment. Compiles final job reports and all documentation accurately and timely as required for Company and Clients
Liaises with offshore client representatives, promote BJ products and services, seek new business opportunities
Supervises onshore/offshore services and personnel, taking full ownership and responsibility of operations for BJ Services PL as agreed with clients’ job plan or existing contract. Perform regular planned maintenance offshore and keep records updated per Company Maintenance Policy
Conducts pre-mobilization equipment checks, pre-job, post job checks as required, keep worksite clean and tidy Raise applicable work permits in accordance with site procedures
Performs other duties and handle special project as assigned
Conduct all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
