I HAVE A RELIABLE INTEL THAT KEEPS TELLING ME TO SHUN ANY ADVERT ON THE NET COS THE COMPANY IS STILL LAYING OFF STAFF. ABOUT 55 STAFF WERE LAID OFF LAST MONTH HE TOLD ME AND MORE WILL BE GOING AT THE END OF THIS MONTH. SO , I DUNNO

I just received an invitation for telephone interview.I applied same day that I received the IV. House ,what is the nature of the interview?After this stage, what is the next stage likely going to be? Pls help ur guy out.I will do the interview on Tuesday (26/01/2010)

@sample, i got it thru email.Any hints for me for the interview.

@oilman81, just relax and commit the interview into God's hands that you may find favour with it. He will tell you a bit about the company and ask you questions to confirm your email, university attended, grade, etc. He will also ask you where you will prefer to work as in the country you are eligible to work in. He will give you 3 scenarios of workin in a great job with bad location, job that pays a lot of money and a third scenario(forgotten) and ask you which one u prefer with reason. He will ask you if u prefer to dismantle and couple a machine or prefer to do research with ur reason. Then he will also ask you when ur available to start. He will ask if you know the involvement of the role and why u want the job (go through the description of the field engr role and requirements and all about the job on their site). It is nothing to be tensed about, just sound interested and convincing and above all relaxed. Like I said earlier pray over it and ask for God's grace, you will be fine...Good luck

@kady, I really appreciate your tips to oilman81. Keep it up. You stressed his requesting for GOD'S favor. Infact, that is all we need in this job search of a thing. But for us to get that divine favor we need to harmonize our lives and conducts with GOD'S divine standards. My people may we never be discouraged GOD is there for us. Throw your anxiety on him and he will help you.
