House, I received a text message from someone today, it reads: Hi, its ....... ... by name, we were NYSC members Bayelsa State. Code...... Now i am gainfully employed with Agip Oil Coy Ltd, Rivers State. There is an on going Joint venture recruitment now btw Agip & Shell at the Host community. Apply and submit your CV's Call for more information.
He did not put any link with which i can apply, or address for me to submit Cv, instead he said i should call for more information.
Is anyone in the house aware of this ongoing recruitment, or is this a scam. Do he want me to call his number for more deciet?.

Its a scam, Someone that is working at Agip told me that people are going about scaming people of such and collecting monies.

The fact is that this scammers get your information from the NYSC magazine that they give to you after service, so if U get that info, just ignore it. I've worked it out in the NYSC heaquarters here in Abj so that corper's phone no and mail add is no longer in that mag. I dont know if they have done that and I soon work it out so dat they will nab these guys, I ve my own way. Just be cautious house

Thank u house, I have not fallen a victim and will never be a victim. The so called Engr Joe Amakiri sent me a text last month asking me if I will like to carry out a supply with his company in Port Harcourt, that he works with Shell. I warned him not to try any of my line if not he will be nab; that same week I read it in a paper that he was picked by SSS.
