ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
Reporting to the Managing director, the successful candidate will play an overall role of articulating and implementing all administrative strategies, policies and procedures; providing guidance to management team on all matters relating to employees. The candidate will also take charge of the administrative issues/maters arising in the group.
He or she will be expected to:
• Understand the strategic and operational needs of the organization
• Build a motivating employee reward system
• Develop value-generating processes of managing knowledge, skills and abilities of all employees.
• Provide logistics support that will enable the Company’s human resources utilize their capabilities and maximize their potentials
• Manage industrial relationship effectively and foster harmony
• Enhance communication and employee compliance with corporate standard
• Administer efficient running of the company
Requirements:
• Relevant Bachelors degree from a reputable University in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations/ Social sciences
• Minimum of 7 years relevant experience at managerial level in a structured corporate environment
• Good numerical and communication abilities
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft office
• Professional membership of relevant bodies will be an advantage
• Good team building ability and effective coordinating skill
• Age not more than 40 years.
