Overview
Our client is an established local sales & distribution company with broad range of internationally recognized consumer related products.
Through a stable and continued growth, they seek to engage the services of a seasoned Field Sales Manager to help establish and grow new distribution channels.
Position Description
The job holder will be responsible for achieving sales targets within the designated sales area /territory.
Job Responsibilities
- Grow revenue in assigned territory
- Grow distribution width in the designated sales area
- Grow distribution depth within their allocated territory
- Manage a team of Van Sales representatives and open market sales canvassers.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years commercial experience in leading a Sales & Distribution function for a brand or range of products
- Must have current experience in leading a sales function across consumer related products
- Excellent experience in building relationships with new customers and enhancing existing relationships to maximize sales & margin returns
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
- Candidate should reside within Ikorodu environs.
