Our client a group of companies requires urgently the service of highly skilled candidate to fill the afore-mentioned position for their Chairman who is also a Pastor of a Church.

Personal Assistant role
Location: Lagos

The Personal Assistant must be bright with strong christian values will serve as the administrative and functional point person for the Chairman in strategic areas such as liaison with Corporate Chief Executive Officers, Church Pastors, travel and appointments, and Personal matters to ensure smooth functioning of activities and processes in multiple lines of business and activities. The role requires full time availability.

Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential duties satisfactorily.

² Manage multiple projects as assigned by the Chairman related to diverse lines of business, community, and personal interests with inter-related activities and relationships.
² Coordinates calendar, travel, meeting, and schedule arrangements for the Chairman, staff, business partners, and customers.
² Includes initiating contact and securing appointments, equipment and facilities as appropriate.
² Handles financial matters for the chairman with confidentiality.
² Coordinating company guests’ arrival and departure, organizing sightseeing, and handling hotel reservations through the travel agencies, hotel accommodations, issuing tickets, with appropriate control, filling and expense reports to finance department.
² Carries out responsibilities with professionalism, respect for others, in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
² Any other duties as assigned by the Chairman

Age range between 25 - 35.

All interested candidates must possess the following attributes:
² High Proficiency in MS Office Suite
² B.SC in Business Admin, Accountancy, Economics or Related Field
² An MBA would be an added advantage

Salary: N1.2 - 3 million per annum based on experience
