    Post: HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT OFFICER



    Responsibilities
    Successful candidate will among other things:
    ·Provide input into the formulation and effective implementation of recruitment strategies and plans to identify, select, hire and retain best talent
    · Prepare and post advertisement for new employees or contacting recruiting agencies to provide services
    ·Coordinating the activities involved in the leave, disciplinary and dismissal, transfer and promotion of employees
    ·Provide support to the Human Resource Supervisor on issues relating to personnel policy (pay, welfare, etc)
    ·Prepares the schedules for the payment of staff salaries (including overtime)
    ·Coordinates all the activities leading to the departure of employees ( either voluntary or otherwise)
    · Ensures that the company does not suffer any avoidable loss as a result of employee departure
    · Create and maintain a broad base personnel data base for Shared Service Department to ensure easy retrieval and usage of staff information
    ·Maintain all documents and documentation relating to the company
    ·Maintain strict confidentiality on all Human Resources related activities
    ·Ensure that everything relating to insurance and pension matters are adequately tracked and taken care of
    ·Initiate and deliver the required training intervention for each employee in the organisation
    ·Prepare comprehensive Report as required
    ·File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
    ·Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
    ·Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
    Core Skills
    ·Must be vision minded, thorough and detailed oriented, sound discretion and judgment with a high sense of personal responsibility
    ·Must be a person of high integrity
    ·Ability to effectively manage time and meet all specified deadlines
    ·Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
    ·Low on excuses, some measures of travel.
    Qualifications and Experience
    •Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or any other Management related field
    • A post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management would be an advantage.
    • Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in Ms-Office.


    Position: SECRETARY/ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
    Responsibilities
    ·File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
    ·Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
    ·Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
    ·Coordinate and direct office services, such as records and budget preparation
    ·Set up and oversee administrative policies and procedures for the organization
    ·Design and manage Career growth and goal setting program for all employees.
    ·Design and manage appraisal mechanism to reward employees on the basis of merit.
    ·Participation in recruitment of staff in a proven fair system.
    · Coordination of training programs.
    ·Coordination of Performance Management Assessments.
    · Review of the HR Handbook, Service Operating Procedures and Policies.
    ·Ensuring compliance with the employment laws.

    • Proficient in Ms-Office.
