Job Description/Responsibilities
We are seeking a goal-oriented achiever to serve as the general manager in our organization. His/her responsibility will include the supervision of general administration, personnel, systems application and related support activities. In addition the GM helps develop long-term plans and strategies for the company; and sets short-term operating objectives, plans, and programs.

Qualifications/Skills
One key requirement of this job is the capacity to operate on a cost-effective basis within the framework of policies, objectives, and budgets established by top management. You must be able to evaluate performance against goals and suggest improvements; keep up-to-date on current market and industry trends; and recommend plans and programs for the growth of the company.

Education/Background
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration with at least five years experience in top level management. In addition, you’ll need a successful record reflecting the ability to work with all levels of management, assuming full responsibility for system administration.
