Vacancy for an Administrative Officer
A leading milliner and etiquette services firm located in Ikoyi, Lagos requires an administrative officer who will be responsible for strategy, planning, coordination and management of the business affairs of the organization. The person will be reporting directly to the Executive Assistant of the CEO of the organization.
Job Duties:
1. Provide expert guidance and leadership to junior staff.
2. Implement and monitor support services, including procurement of supplies and services; transport, travel, communications, information technology support; and provision of local utilities and service requirements.
3. Produce major/complex reports for management, as and when required.
4. Provide advice to senior management. Works with management to create short- and long-term business plans, including operational, organization, and financial aspects.
5. Oversees legal, safety, fiscal, and other compliance requirements.
6. Works with management and others to develop and implement operating policies and procedures.
7. Manages operating budget and performs analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
8. Manages the ongoing financial, operational, and staffing activities of the organisation.
Job Requirements
The successful candidate should possess a degree in human resources, law, business administration or any of the social sciences with minimum of 5 years work experience or a graduate degree in human resources, business administration, business management or a related field with minimum of 3 years work experience.
