Responsibilities


  • Identify, establish and develop strong business relationships with new customers
  • Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction by regular, timely and accurate communications with customers.
  • Retention of existing customers by resolving customer’s concerns timely and effectively, ensure customers satisfaction and also to maintain constant touch with customers for future business.
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities to improve volume/profit of business with new and existing customers.
  • Ensure quality leads are turned into business.
  • This will be an exciting opportunity to spread your wings in the world of Automobile Industry
  • Ensure to keep your TEAM very active and result-oriented to achieve sales Targets given by the Management.



Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Industry / Master of Business Administration in
  • Marketing & Sales with Excellent Sales Track Record and ability to achieve Target
  • Minimum 15 to 20 years experience in Frontline Sales including minimum 8 years in any automobile distributorship and presently holding Senior Managerial cadre in Sales.
  • Extensive direct experience in Sales and pre-sales in Automobile Industry.
  • Self-confident & Self-driven individual with Can-do Attitude, achievement oriented & sets challenging goals.
  • Service Minded and love to meet people focusing business growth.
  • Proactive with an ability to think Outside the Box
  • Excellent communication (both written and spoken), presentation, organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work as Team Member
