  • Has a monthly target for new corporate client business development for the company.

  • Online /Website Travel Ticket Sales Target.
  • Delivering an expected number/target of offline travel tickets sale per month.
  • The use of Amadeus, Sabre and Galileo platform.


MARKETER AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

BUSINESS AND OPERATION MANAGER

QUALIFICATION: BSC/HND/MSC etc
JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Successful performance and Management of the Company’s SMS/ short code messaging Platform, Call Center Service, Website businesses, Database, Voice, network Management, and all other company’s premium services.
  • Delivery of technical and Business management services.
  • Profit /Loss responsibility for the entire portfolio of the company.
  • Establish and meet or exceed annual Revenue goals.
  • As necessary, mentor and motivate direct reports and employee to support their professional and personal growth, contributing to their target achievement and success.
  • Comprehend and compose contractual documentation when necessary on behalf of the company.
  • Supporting and writing major proposals for new business development.
  • Ensure effective management of the overall cost, schedule and performance of operations and projects.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through the effective execution of strategic plans.
  • Maximize employee retention, meaning you will ensure there is no idle employee.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual engagement/business reporting to be delivered to

1. SMS PLATFORM engagement stakeholders
2. Managing Director on all business units of the company/Bimserve—ICT, Logistics, Travels, etc.
Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual financials and project accounting are prepared and reported directly to the Managing Director by the accountant.

  • Monitors and prepares reports and forecasts monthly, quarterly, and annual sales results and other activity and performance measures through experience with processing and analyzing of data.
  • Managing risk, increasing revenues, controlling costs.
  • Develops, plans, and coordinates seminars, sale incentive plans, and other strategies to achieve business unit objectives
  • Develop a two-year plan that describes business and revenue growth strategy which will integrate seamlessly with the Company's overall plan.
  • Aggressively pursue and capture new business through strategic business development, and execute marketing programs to achieve stated objectives regarding revenue, profitability, and market share.
