We are a medium-sized multisensory marketing communications Agency. We outsource agile, smart and youthful Retail, Shop floor Merchandisers to our Partner Clients across the FMCG sector locally & globally.
About the role
We are currently recruiting Merchandising Coordinators who will be responsible for driving our merchandising strategy that ensures profitability while building a long-term collaboration with brand partners and stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Direct, monitor and ensure daily merchandising operations align with the stakeholders’ strategic goals and objectives.
- Train and coach Merchandisers to ensure that all in-store operations are driven by established KPIs.
- Managing assortment mix in line with category strategy, revenues, and gross margin target as well as inventory levels
- Forecasting, and negotiating quantities with buyers, suppliers, and distributors
Requirements
- B.Sc/H.N.D in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least five (5) years of Supervisory Merchandising experience.
- You possess strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
- You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
- You thrive in matrix environments and are adept at influencing and coordinating with different stakeholders.
