To say i was shocked was an understatement. The moment we entered the candidates room from the ground floor and i saw tags then i knew it was an assesment center. But they should have informed us at least psychologically we would have been prepared. Did u see that head of hr from england? He brought those bad case studies.
So the head of hr from England is the one bringing the case studies? What happened to the head of hr in Nigeria? This interview stuff is definitely not true. People who wrote in the same center will be called based on marks. When interviews are being held in batches, they are usually held on consecutive days.
Well I guess we may have 2 keep our fingers crossed n have faith cos its possible the list may not be serially arranged in terms of scores or names...
