KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:




. Analyse and review budgets on income and expenditures.
· Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
· Prepare revenue,expense,payroll entries, invoices and other accounting documents
. Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
. Production of a statutory based set of management accounts,including balance sheet on a monthly basis to prepare monthly management accounts.
. Ensure that key financial processes are properly documented and updated and reviewed regularly with a view to achieving improvements and efficiencies.
. Must be articulate and have the ability to crests dynamic with appropriates ideas
. Willing to travel outside and within the region

. Maintain industrial peace and harmony to guarantee uninterrupted flow of cost of production and services
.Provide and maintain delivery of efficient welfare,security and technology safety services to employees.
.Provide internal and external communication and other services for Trevor Technology Homes.
.Implements and Promote Trevo technology (Homes) Policies and Procedures.
.Collaborate with other functions to gain understanding of the functional strategies and people issues.
.Provide day-to-day support and guidance to line managers on accounting and managerial issues
.Foster productive working relationships within across and across functions
.Provide guidance on complex HR matters
.Ensure optimal organisation structure focused on delivery of corporate objectives.
