Job Description

  • Will be responsible for the day to day management and coordination of activities for the organisation.
  • Will also be responsible for communicating materials to clients.
  • Manage overall day-to-day training operation
  • Manage and marketing of training programs
  • Assist in assessing, designing and delivering training content
  • Help coordinate and disseminate training communication materials to customers
  • Recommend and assist with content updates and revisions of course offerings.
  • Ensure Program training materials are delivered as part of the training packages.
  • Liaise with Managing Director to ensure effective planning and procurement of facilities for every training programs.




Qualification and Requirements

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
  • Ability to plan, organize and multitask
  • Fast-learner and self-directed problem solver with a burning desire to contribute
  • Ability to respond to customer needs in a fast-paced, constantly changing, deadline-driven environment
  • Must be able to compile data and analyze past and current year training records
  • Attention to detail and knowledge of company structure and processes
  • Project and process management skills to effectively manage resources.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across multiple functions and departments.
