Job Description
- Will be responsible for the day to day management and coordination of activities for the organisation.
- Will also be responsible for communicating materials to clients.
- Manage overall day-to-day training operation
- Manage and marketing of training programs
- Assist in assessing, designing and delivering training content
- Help coordinate and disseminate training communication materials to customers
- Recommend and assist with content updates and revisions of course offerings.
- Ensure Program training materials are delivered as part of the training packages.
- Liaise with Managing Director to ensure effective planning and procurement of facilities for every training programs.
Qualification and Requirements
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
- Ability to plan, organize and multitask
- Fast-learner and self-directed problem solver with a burning desire to contribute
- Ability to respond to customer needs in a fast-paced, constantly changing, deadline-driven environment
- Must be able to compile data and analyze past and current year training records
- Attention to detail and knowledge of company structure and processes
- Project and process management skills to effectively manage resources.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across multiple functions and departments.
