1. Technical training manager


Requirements



• Good computer literacy
• Must be a Mechanical or Metallurgy/Material Engineer
• Age limit: 35-40 years of age.
• Years of experience: 12-15.

Job description

• Skill mapping of different trades in the company.
• Competency mapping.
• Development of training modules.
• Preparation of training plan/Calendar.
• Ability to manage a team of 8-10 people.
• Development of proto-type for training.
• Preparation of MIS report for training activities.

2. Performance appraisal manager

Requirements

• Good computer literacy
• Must be an MBA holder specifically in Human resource management
• Must be between 35-40 years of age.
• Years of experience: 12-15.

Job description

• Understand salient features of Business plan.
• Finalization of KRA (Key result areas) as per the objectives of the company.
• Performance evaluation of employees.
• Counseling of employees to improve performance.
• Linking of Gaps in performance with training.
• Ability to manage a team of 15 people.
• Preparation of MIS related to performance appraisal.
