DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate who will report directly to the Chief Executive will be responsible for:
Providing support in finance and accounting functions. You will assist in maintaining the books of accounts of the company, preparing and monitoring the budget and maintaining effective internal cost control system. You will prepare financial statements and generate other operating reports.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
• Must have a degree or HND in Accounting 2.1 (or any social sciences degree with ACA)
• ACA or an attempt of the final stage of ICAN is an added advantage.
• 2-3 years experience in a construction/ architectural or similar environment.
• Must be between age of 26-35
• Must be analytical.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package is a must.
• Must be able to transport to Surulere very easily.
• Must be hardworking and trustworthy.
• A good knowledge of Peachtree accounting software is required.

• Must have 2-3 years relevant experience in a well-established Firm.

• Must have good interpersonal, administrative and planning skills.
• Must have excellent communication & interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
• Must be intelligent, well groomed and organized with attention to details.

• Must not be less than 24 yrs old and not more than 30 years old.
• Must be female.
FIELD/SITE SUPERVISOR [REF: SP/SS]
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
The supervisor should be responsible for all supervisory functions at construction sites.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
• B. Sc or HND in Architecture or related disciplines.
• OND (Architecture or related disciplines) with specific experience will be considered
• Must have 3-4 years relevant experience in a SIMILAR ROLE.
• Must be able to transport to Surulere very easily.
• Must not be less than 27 years old.
• Must be a male.
• NYSC certificate is not mandatory
