Adytech Industries LTD is a company into importing and exporting of electrical cables, electronics and computer accessories, we have all these items in retails and wholesales, for home use and companies. We also execute electrical installations for both home and company; we have our head office in Lagos. We are currently seeking young and experienced Nigerian graduates to fill the position of a sales Manager in the company.

JOB DETAILS / RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø Meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
Ø Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets. He is the one who decides the future course of action for his team members.
Ø Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization. He should look forward to generating new opportunities for the organization.
Ø Responsible for brand promotion. Must make the product popular amongst the consumers.
Ø Motivating team members is one of the most important duties. Must to make his team work as a single unit working towards a common objective. He must ensure team members don’t fight amongst themselves and share cordial relationship with each other.
Ø Develop lucrative incentive schemes and introduce monetary benefits to encourage them to deliver their level best
