1. SALES EXECUTIVES- ENTERPRISE SALES GLO 1 REF: ES·
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing or Business related discipline is preferred ·
Relevant post graduate or professional qualification will be an added advantage·
2-5 years experience in selling voice, data and IP services to Telco/ISP/Carrier segments in Nigeria·
Good understanding of internet bandwidth sales, IPLC, National leased circuits, MPLS, VPNs, Data Centre and VAS is required·
Good experience of the environment and business terrain ·
Prospect and drive sales order value and revenue growth in Telco/ISP/Carrier segments· End to end business development including lead generation, order processing and order closure·
Manage the customer relationship with various global carriers, enterprises & domestic wholesale customers
2. SALES EXECUTIVES-· REF: SE Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing or Business related discipline is preferred ·
Relevant post graduate or professional qualification will be an added advantage·
2-5 years experience in direct voice sales in the carrier market in Telecommunications industry·
Manage new relationships with carriers and telecom service providers to drive sales efforts.· Research, identify, establish and manage relations with carriers within allocated geographic regions (s).·
Negotiate carrier service contract with various carriers·
Keep track of the operational and commercial performance of the carriers and initiate improvement measures as may be required.
Keep track of new developments in the international voice market with respect to available service technologies, pricing, service levels, and regulatory environment.
3. ACCOUNT MANAGERS-· REF: AM Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing or Business related discipline is preferred·
Relevant post graduate or professional qualification will be added advantage·
3- 10 years experience in enterprise sales and business development in Telecom/IT sector· Experience in the location applied for is required·
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements·
Responsible for the creation, implementation and execution of sales plan for the target segment·
Generate and maintain a credible forecast for accounts and territories·
Initiates and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets·
Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted·
Serve as the primary customer contact for technical and business issues for those accounts and segments assigned ·
Work with sales support Engineers on all technical issuesLagos, Abuja, Ibadan, Kaduna, Yola, Jos, Ibadan, Oshodo, Ilorin and Port-Harcourt
4. FIELD ENGINEERS- GLO BUSINESS SOLUTIONS REF: FE· Minimum of Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics and related discipline·
Relevant post graduate or professional qualification will be an added advantage·
Minimum 2 years cognate experience in a Telecom/ISP·
Good knowledge of IP domain and Network Management System·
Experience in commissioning and acceptance testing of microwave and fiber links·
Strong knowledge on fiber, DWDM, PDH, SDH transmission and transmission networks·
Thorough Understanding of transmission networks·
Responsible for commissioning and integration of microwave and optical fiber links·
Fault analysis and troubleshooting of SDH and PDH links·
Working in team to resolve technical compliant in conjunction with transmission planning, and other supporting departments.·
Corrective and action and repair of fault·
Doing root cause analysis and come up with plans to mitigate repeated outages.
Working on special project based on customer’s requirement.
