Our Client is a fast growing retail fashion outlet that deals with male clothing and product repairs. It therefore seeks a good customer care representative, self motivated, sales driven, and innovative sales executive/manager to drive it's operations.

Position: Sales Executive

Reports to: Boutique Manager Responsible for: Sales & Product Repairs

Location: Mile 2 Branch, Lagos

Overall Objective: To give an awesome experience to all our clients as we deliver Extra-ordinary convenience, superb quality repairs and exceptional customer service.

1. Attending to all enquiries of customers as regards the repairs of products of the company.
2. Taking stock of all products brought in for repairs and maintain an after-sales repair registry.
3. Identifying client’s reported concerns with the bid to resolving it.
4. Ensuring on time dispatch of items for repairs to the factory.
5. Ensuring all repairs carried out with meet the set standards.
6. Following through to ensure safe and on time delivery of repaired goods to store.
7. Communicating with clients on pick-up or delivery of repaired goods.
8. Prompt response to customer’s enquiries or request via telephone, email.
9. Maintain and ensure safe keeping of all products brought in for repairs.
10. Proper documentation of goods brought in for repairs.
11. Liaising with the Boutique Manager and the cobblers at the factory on status of repairs.
12. Attend to all clients who visit the boutique professionally and ensure memorable experience.
13. Prepare your sales report for the week and submit same to the Boutique Manager and the MD.
14. Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information or feedback to Boutique Manager.
15. Participate in marketing events such as road shows, seminars and other office programmes.
16. Develop and maintain current adequate knowledge of products and services.
17. Any other assigned duties.


Desired Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
  • Candidate must possess a minimum of O’Level Certificate with minimum of 1 year’s experience in a Sales/Marketing role.
  • Post graduate degree/ HR Certification or 2years cognate work experience is added advantage.


Other required skills are:

  • Excellent interpersonal, sales and negotiation, very good communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure, time- management and conflict management skills are important.
  • Candidate must be familiar with the use of MS Office tools, ability to use retail software package is an advantage.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily in the shop space, will be required to go out on sales call as well as deliver goods to clients.
  • Residence within mile 2, festac, maza-maza, and its environs is an added advantage.
