POSITION: RESTAURANT MANAGER
Requirement
• Must have a minimum of HND or its equivalent. Individuals with bachelor's degree in business admin can also apply.
• Must also understand accounting, budgeting, credit policies, and banking methods.
• Must be skillful communicators and have supervisory ability.
• Must enjoy working with others and have a good sense of taste, touch, and smell.
• Must work well under pressure and exercise tact and patience when dealing with employees and customers and must be able to resolving problems.
• Must be able to keep track of the inventory and order the necessary food, equipment and supplies for an establishment.
• Must have tremendous interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Must be reliable, have great leadership skills and show initiative.
• Must be in good physical condition and maintain the stamina needed for this job.
• Must be able to give orders and must have administrative skills.
Candidates who already have managerial experience can apply.
