1. IT Analyst Trainee
Reporting directly to Analyst II, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties amongst others:
Receiving calls, first line client liaison, record and tracking incidents and complaints.
Informing client of service request status and progress.
Initial assessment of request, attempting to resolve them or referring them to someone who can, base on agreed service level agreement.
Monitoring and escalation procedures relative to appropriates SLAs
Management of the full request lifecycle, including closure and verification with client.
Communicating planned outages and changes of service level to users.
Coordinating service calls to 2nd line and 3rd party support groups.
Providing management information.
Contributing to problem identification.
Highlighting client training and education needs.
Provide service desk support between the hours of 7.30am – 7.00pm Monday - Friday.
Our preferred candidate must:
ND/OND (Upper Credit) in any IT related discipline, (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Electronics etc. Possession of any IT certification will be an added advantage)
Have a sound knowledge of Computer, this is a critical competence
Be a self-starter and result oriented
Exhibit a high degree of interpersonal skills and relate well with people
Display a high level of personal effectiveness
Skills requirement
The candidate must also possess:
Team building and Conflict resolution skills,
A well developed analytical skills/abilities
Strong oral and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills and excellent customer service orientation.
2. Analyst II
Reporting directly to Cluster Control, User Support, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties amongst others:
Receiving calls, first line client liaison, record and tracking incidents and complaints.
Informing client of service request status and progress.
Initial assessment of request, attempting to resolve them or referring them to someone who can, base on agreed service level agreement.
Monitoring and escalation procedures relative to appropriates SLAs
Management of the full request lifecycle, including closure and verification with client.
Communicating planned outages and changes of service level to users.
Coordinating service calls to 2nd line and 3rd party support groups.
Providing management information.
Contributing to problem identification.
Highlighting client training and education needs.
Provide service desk support between the hours of 7.30am – 7.00pm Monday - Friday.
Manage subordinates and issues assigned to the team.
Our preferred candidate must:
Have HND, Lower Credit in any IT related discipline (Possession of an IT certification will be an added advantage)
Be a self-starter and result oriented
Exhibit a high degree of interpersonal skills and relate well to people
Display a high level of personal effectiveness
Skills requirement
The candidate must also possess:
Leadership and Supervisory skills,
