A leading firm in the agricultural industry is hiring a Receptionist to join their growing team.

Role: Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Visitor coordination, both internally and externally
  • Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications.
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
  • Communication (call) management in areas applicable
  • Managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment, furniture and office services as required (such as cleaners and maintenance)
  • Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis
  • Assisting the HR team with recruitment, on-boarding and termination processes
  • Prepares outgoing mail; sorts and distributes incoming mail.
  • Composes, types and edits correspondence, reports, memoranda and other material.
  • Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.



Job qualifications and requirements:

  • Clerical, administrative or receptionist experience for at least one year.
  • OND/Bsc in Administration or any relevant field
