Position: Head of Research & Strategy

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • First degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Social Sciences or related fields. Also relevant professional qualifications eg, CFA PhD or MSc. Will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 6 years experience in International financial markets
  • Passion for research including strong technical and analytical skills
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills

Position: Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities:
The HRM will have the responsibility for planning, administering and coordinating all human resource related tasks, issues and matters in compliance with the Company’s HR strategic and operating plan as well as HR Policies and Procedures.

Qualification, Skills and Experience:

  • University degree in Social Sciences
  • Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Personnel Management
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience with practical knowledge in human resource management
  • Excellent communication skills (written & Oral), presentation and interpersonal skills


Position: Management Trainees
Qualification, Skills and Experience:

  • Graduates of Natural Sciences, Engineering, Geology, Mathematics, Physics
  • Minimum of Second Class Upper
  • Should not be more than 27 years
