We are currently recruiting to fill the below job position:

Job Description
The ideal candidate should have vast construction/site knowledge, experience in preparing bill of quantities, cost analysis based on architectural drawings and skilful in contractual matters.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Reporting to the head civil structures, you will be responsible for the following;
· Producing bill of quantity and contracts tender
· Valuation of building, civil and related work
· Tracking of contract program
Roles Involve

  • Site measurement & taking off
  • Preparation of bill of quantities and pricing
  • Tender reporting and analysis
  • Market survey
  • Ability to advise on procurement option
  • Preparation of interim valuations
  • Ability to value variation
  • Project cost control
  • Preparation of progress report
  • Preparation/vetting of contractual claims
  • Overall HSE, QC/QA on site
  • IT proficiency in Excel, Master Bill, Quickest

Person Specification
HND, B Sc in civil engineering, quantity surveying, building technology or any related discipline. Professional certification and/or membership will be added advantage.
