Job Description

Primrose Development Company’s Project Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate activities of development projects to ensure that objectives are accomplished in accordance with established priorities, time limitations, and funding conditions. Project manager will play a key role in providing necessary discipline and focus to all phases of the construction process and will manage the process to ensure that the PDC’s best interests are at the heart of every decision made. The PM will control the overall coordination effort between the design team members, ensuring that the most important topics, such as designing to brief and budget, receive the proper attention and resolution.

In support of the business objectives of PDC's development team, The PM will provide comprehensive management at every stage of a project, including concept and design, scheme, pre-construction planning, and provide complete oversight of the construction phase. Project Manager also gives final approval of subcontracts and takes charge of all activities from the start to on time and on-budget completion.

Candidate will be versed in both design and construction and able to solve problems and offer creative solutions. When complicated issues arise, the PM will explore all of the options, distil the information, and provide the owner with a concise set of options, clearly defined, along with a recommended course of action.

The PM will ensure the success of PDC development projects by ensuring expectations of quality, time and cost are met. By managing consultants and controlling costs, PDC’s PM will focus on achieving the end result while monitoring the ongoing details.

Requirements
? At 8 years working experience in project management / construction management
? Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Science, Construction Management, Architecture or equivalent training bachelor's degree in Architecture or Design highly desirable.
? At least 3 years project management experience in the development of residential family and multi-family homes
? Strong understanding of design and construction process
