Job Description:
Our client is a diversified group in Nigeria.


We are looking for a Parts Manager for Passanger Car Industry


Industry : Passenger Car Industry
Experience : 15 – 20 years’, out of which 3 - 4 years hands on Experience in Automobile Parts Store
Education : Degree or Diploma in Automobile Engineering / Diploma in Material Management
Location : Nigeria




Key responsibility:


Monitor optimum inventory level of parts
Analysis of parts consumption based on consumption trend
Planning of parts order based on consumption and future requirements
VOR parts orders in co-ordination with workshop and follow-up
Initial parts ordering for new models
Co-ordinate with MPME for parts dispatch and queries
Ensure branch and dealer requirements are met periodically and review
To ensure perpetual and regular inventory activities are carried out at all locations.
Attending to customer queries on parts requirement
Slow/Non moving stock liquidation
Monitor local procurements and track consumption
Monitor profitability on orders to reduce transport/dispatch costs
Plan & impart training to bring about continuous improvement (skill mapping)
To adopt best industry practices to bring about positive changes in the system
Plan and monitor efficient counter sales with marketing schemes periodically
Deliver and monitor parts workshop issues in minimal time with countermeasures
Ensure all parts related documentations are in systematic order (GRN,MRN,LPO,etc)
Provide feedback and necessary action/recovery for any parts discrepancies during transit
Any other Job / Project as assigned by Management from time to time


Preference :


Must be working in Companies like Hyundai, Toyota, BMW, Mercendez Benz, General Motors, Audi
Must possess excellent technical knowledge
Knowledge of modern tools & equipment
Efficient at document and database management
High standards of professional conduct with a commitment to excellence
Strong at building teams
