OANDO GTP: PLEASE HELP ME OUT

Hi Guys,
I've been unable to send my completed Oando Gtp form on Brass consult website for days now.

Each time I type the characters at the bottom of the page, it shows me I have an error in my SQL Syntax

and that I should check the manual that corresponds to my MySQL server version for the right syntax to

use.

I do not know what this SQL is all about cos I also tried a Cyber cafe thinking my browser was faulty.

PLEASE I URGENTLY NEED YOUR HELP AS THE APPLICATION WILL BE CLOSING ON MONDAY 09-11-2009.

Rename your o level and university certificate title,make sure they do not contain special characters like apostrophe,comma,etc
