@trumpet, I guess you did not read the General Instruction Before Uploading. Anyways, Lets hope they do nothing now consigning the Declaration and Accept it. Also If you have not Uploaded up to 6 Documents, Try and still get a Birth Certificate from any local government close to you. and Upload.
But NOTE!
The following uploads are compulsery:
*WAEC or NECO
*NYSC Cert
*First Degree Cert
*Birth.
