Our client, a direct marketing communications Agency is looking to hire Account Executives to help meet their ambitious growth objectives in the marketing industry. Our client is a high growth scale-up Agency looking for roll-up-your sleeves Account Executives to help propel growth.


How you'll make a difference an Account Executive in Client Service.

Your role is client facing and has scope for career development. You would liaise with clients to get a thorough understanding of their marketing and promotional needs, the budgets earmarked for these activities, target audience and other critical demographics, market and competition information and other relevant details.


Duties & Responsibilities


  • Manage customer renewal cycle from new account to mature account.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and act as the primary point of contact for clients with the goal of building long-lasting business relationships and continuous growth.
  • Understand customer needs and think strategically about how we can best support their needs to become a celebrated component of their success.
  • Partner and work with sales and internal teams to ensure seamless transition of newly signed customers through on-boarding and implementation stages to become activated, prospering accounts.
  • Ensure proper internal alignment and customer communication to keep all deliverables on track. Act as a liaison between internal teams to ensure customer needs are being met.
  • Be a brand enthusiast for Key Clients.
  • As part of the team you’ll be using a hands-on approach to help your team with the execution of the following activities:

?Plan, build, manage, optimise and report on field marketing campaigns



Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing / Business / or related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of active work experience in the same role and industry
  • The ability to deliver campaigns that generate results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to think laterally and literally
  • Commercial awareness
  • Experience working with major brands demonstrating an advanced level of experience in brand marketing, competitive landscapes and local markets
