Sure NDIC pay More than CBN interms o salary, benefits and even training prospect abroad. i have two close friends working there and we have done the comparison.

Well, the ageless truth for a successful career is to follow your passion and not money as early as possible.

Think deeply about this and you will understand.

A friend who works in NDIC confirmed to me that based on the recently concluded board meeting ,the no they want to recruit is between 150-200.but he however refused to disclose their pay, he said they had taken oath not to divulge such info,dat if any1 in their employment is caught doing such, he/she will be dismissed, that explains why no one has been able to categorically state what their salary is like.
Lets all hope and pray that as they start to invite successful candidates by next month,God should count us among the successful ones.Amen

I am not sure if the oath u cited was for mentioning the Salary or the number of Positions directly available.

BUT
I can gather that Successful candidates from the Interviews are known except for some key senior positions and when the Lobbyists are thru with their homework, we will be informed adequately.

So let us not just keep our fingers crossed but also Pray to God to always be for us.

I also gathered from a friend that works there that apart from performance in the interview,age will also be a determinant factor,there are age limits for the different cadres.Yeah this is from a confirmed source

I think I understand the point you are trying to make about what you called PAY HYPROCRACY
….but I also want you to look at it in this direction….It may not necessarily be that people that say pay doesn’t matter are already living big. It may be that they are not too comfortable where they are and they think that no matter what pay is being offered it will definitely be better than what they currently earns.

…think about it….
