QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

- A bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Banking

- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, transcription, designing forms, and

other office procedures and terminology

- Sound work experience and skills in book-keeping, accounting, financial management, financial control and financial reporting

- Very good communication skills including internet, email, etc

- Accurate, reliable, well-organized with attention to detail, self-motivated. Service minded and problem-solving oriented.

- Proficiency in relevant accounting software e.g. Peachtree, etc



RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure the maintenance of a working environment that yields productivity and furnishes essential office supplies and maintain office supply inventories

- Conduct close observation and recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and solutions to

business and financial problems

- Maintain an effective medium of communication and close collaboration among the workers in the organization

- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail, documents, items, etc

- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, proposals, contracts, reports, etc; maintain hard copy and electronic filing system

- Prepare invoices, reports, proposals, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or

presentation software

- Coordinate the scheduling of internal meetings, etc and serve as secretary during meetings

- Assist in the preparation of corporate materials, marketing, seminars and corporate events

- Assist in the preparation and management of budget and forecast activities

- Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses in compliance with accepted accounting policies and procedures and

prepare financial management reports

- Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of internal cost controls and procedures

- Ensure proper payroll administration, tax computations and returns

- Performing other functions that may be assigned by a line manager
