Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities

> Day to day administrative tasks in the Marketing Department
> Basic market research tasks
> Assisting in creating marketing plans for the group and for all developments
> Assisting in organizing events
> Preparing presentations
> Communicate with agencies, suppliers, quotes, budget inputting, chasing materials, contacting event venues, following up on supplier payments, handling incoming advertising enquiries etc.
> Updating the company website
> Responsible for preparing and organizing all marketing assets (images, photos, logos, templates, etc…)
> Assisting and overviewing the usage of Corporate ID at the company
REQUIREMENT/SKILLS
> Education and experience in Marketing and Graphic Design for atleast 3 years
> Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
> Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
> Able to work well alone and under pressure
> Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills
> Good attention to details
