We are looking for an Brand Activation Executive to lead all our BTL (Below the Line ) activities.

If you’re innovative, result oriented and curious, the Brand Activation Supervisior position in the Brand Activation Team is the right role for you.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
Driving own offline brand activation projects across several markets and categories
You will be responsible for several offline brand activation activities including Own retail, pop-up activation, shop-in-shop concepts, in-store retail activities
Take lead in driving brand building activities with consumer centric focus, creativity and excellence in execution
Create innovative and creative offline brand activities that connect and support our online activities
Set KPI’s and evaluate offline brand activation to identify scalable best practices

Key skills needed in this role
Experience from creative or activation agency, brand activation management in the FMCG industry, or other marketing related experience
Entrepreneurial spirit and a “will-do” attitude to drive own projects and take full responsibility of own tasks
Experience with consumer journeys, campaign strategy development and working with agencies
Have a strategic mindset, which enables you to link brand activities to overall targets
Ability to maintain focus on several projects at the same time,
Able to perform under pressure and in a fast-changing environment
