CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER
The role:
*Logging of customer complaint to the after sales team.
*Follow through on customer queries to ensure all issues are resolved within the specified turnaround time.
*Answer all phone calls in a very professional manner.
The ideal candidate must;
*Possess a minimum of BSc. or HND from a reputable institution.
*Have worked in similar role for not less than 2 years.
*Possess outstanding communication skills(oral and written).
*Have the ability to make quick decision.
*Possess great passion and drive.
*Possess good interpersonal skills.
SALES REPRESENTATIVE
The role:
*Ability to meet deadline.
*Strong record keeping ability.
*Coordination of the sales sector.
*Ability to identify opportunity for business development in line with the strategic vision.
The ideal candidate must;
* Possess a minimum of BSc. or HND from a reputable institution.
* Have worked in similar role for not less than 2 years.
*Ability to work in a team.
*Ability to handle difficult buyer with a cool head.
*Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
*Ability to perceive the needs of the buyer and show them appropriate merchandise.
*Ability to learn about the product so as to explain to the buyer.
*Great passion and drive.
*Ability to use initiative.
DELIVERY OFFICER
The role:
*Make delivery of all customer‘s product that has been duly paid for from the store.
*Ensure that the delivery truck is operational with its appropriate Vehicle documents.
The ideal candidate must;
* Possess a minimum of BSc. or HND from a reputable institution.
*Be well mannered and disciplined.
*Be strong and agile.
* Great passion and drive.
* Ability to use initiative.
