A renown outsourcing company with wide reach across the country is recruiting a Losgistics Assistant with the following responsibilities.

Logistics assistant post responsibilities

1.Follow up daily order pickup and delivery receipt
2.Check daily whether the receipt is consistent with the authorization,and summary information.Collect receipt from logistics company and submit to finance for verification and filing.
3.To guide the operation process of logistics company(Put in storage?Outbound?Distribution?Returns, etc.?
4.Report and handle abnormal logistics situation.
5.Follow cars to deliver goods to big customers.
6.Follow up daily stock taking?Assist finance to make weekly and monthly inventory.Ensure daily system consistency with cargo.
7.Report to supply chain manager on a regular basis.Assist supply chain manager to optimize local logistics business.
