A reputable Business and Information Technology in Lagos is looking for smart, diligent and energetic operations support personnel.


Job Summary:
The overall purpose of this position is to manage logistics and delivery of the company’s products to our customers nationwide. Please send your CV to [email protected] Ultimately, the successful candidate shall be responsible for airport transfers, office errands, liaison, and fleet management including motor insurance, and driving. Additional responsibilities include supporting the Administration Officer and other staff on all the functions indicated.


Responsibilities:
Logistical Support:


Shall have high integrity, and confidentiality
Assist the Admin, Procurement and HR in providing the necessary planned and organized logistics support to our customers in Lagos.
Provide the necessary support in matters relating to procurement, invoices, receipts, packaging and transportation of supplies, products to our customers.
In collaboration with the relevant staff, follow up on repairs of vehicles and other equipment, ensuring that proper records are maintained.
Ensure the timely delivery of ordered items and good condition.
Liaise with the Admin Officer to dispatch goods and equipment as per requirement.
Perform office errands as needed
Shall strictly observe traffic rules and regulation and maximum speed.
Shall maintain assigned vehicles always clean and in good condition, necessary maintenance such as washing and /or cleaning of assigned vehicles shall be done and scheduled properly for the convenience of the client.
Shall be responsible for the routine check-up of the vehicles, routine check-up to include but not limited to oil, brake function, water, lights & tire condition and the likes.
Shall always drive the vehicles safely and comfortably and must exercise defensive driving while on the road to prevent accident. Reckless driving shall be sufficient ground for driver’s recall and consequently be a cause of termination.



Driving:


Provide driving services using as required
Maintenance of proper vehicle records.
Manage motor insurance and licensing and ensuring that proper records are kept
Ensure that company vehicles are kept clean and are in good working condition
Inform your supervisor immediately about any mechanical problems, damage or missing items in the vehicles.


Qualifications and Requirements:




A minimum of SSCE, OND in a relevant field
1-3 years’ experience
