Job description
Our client is a medium sized direct response marketing agency that create and deliver incredible experiential marketing campaigns, from impactful, large volume campaigns through high profile bespoke events creation and delivery – yes, they do it all!

The recent multiple awards and accolades won has contributed to a healthy growth with existing and new clients, and as such, the agency needs to grow their client service team.

The Account Managers will work on very busy, fast paced and exciting projects for a set of demanding global brands/clients. The Account Managers will work in tandem with other Client Service personnel at the agency, while filling the need as lead managers/contact for various accounts maintained by the agency. The positions will report to the Head of Marketing/Account Director, and will be supported by the Client Service, Creative, Operations, HR/Talent and Finance departments.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the management and execution of client experiential events
  • Develop, pitch and defend marketing ideas and proposals to clients.
  • Day to Day client management
  • Team leadership, manage Account resources where required to assist with account deliverables


Qualification, Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising or a related field required
  • Minimum of at least 3 years’ BTL experience in event and experiential marketing agency
  • Similar large-scale, time-critical project management experience will also be highly regarded
  • Excellent presentation, communication and client liaison skills
  • Proficient computer skills i.e. MS office suite
  • Be highly skilled at interfacing direct with clients,
  • Enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, self-disciplined and driven team player with the ability to solve problems, take initiative, think innovatively and make fast paced decisions with a degree of autonomy.
  • Financial and business acumen as you’ll be responsible for creating budgets
  • Strong written, verbal communication and skills
  • A strong desire to succeed in the marketing industry
