A State Licensed Microfinance Bank Located at Surulere Lagos is currently seeking candidates to occupy the following positions:

1.Human Resources Personnel:
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management (or equivalent) from a reputable institution. Relevant Professional Qualifications will be an added advantage.

Competencies:
· Have some HR management experience in the private sector.
· Must have proven track record of people and office management.
· Must have excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.
· Must have initiative with strong organization skills, with ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

2.Head of Operations:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics or any Social Science Discipline. At least 5 years’ experience in a microfinance institution, bank or financial institution, which should be in managerial capacity with relevant professional qualifications.

Competencies:
· Strong interpersonal skills;
· Good knowledge of credit operations;
· Good knowledge of the requirements of the Banking Act;
· Excellent communication and listening skills;
· Aggressive selling skills;
· Attentive to detail;
· Assertive;
· Highly Computer literate,
· Target driven

3. Loan Recovery Officers:
Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Commercial studies or a recognized professional certification relevant to this role/field, Experience in Loan Recovery will be an advantage.
Competencies:
· Strong interpersonal skills;
· Good knowledge of credit operations;
· Excellent communication and listening skills;
· Must have flair for loan recovery;
· Attentive to detail;
· Assertive;
· Highly Computer literate,
· Target driven; and
· Self-motivated
