Job Details: OVERALL PURPOSE
The lounge manager will be responsible for day to day operations , hiring, training and scheduling the lounge staff, ensure that the lounge is in compliance with health and safety codes as well as oversees the cash flow of the business, makes bank deposits and acting as a mediator when disputes arise.
The lounge manager is also responsible for ensuring that the lounge is operating at a high standard at every time.
This includes
Overseeing beverages and food supplie
Booking and management of events for both corporate and private entities
Offering promotions and sales assistance
Interacting with guests and ensuring cleanliness of the lounge at all times.
QUALIFICATION
The manager must have a degree or diploma in hospitality or food and beverage management.
A minimum of 2-5 years Management experience in the hospitality industry
Experience in safe food handling, management, accounting, and service rendering
An eye for detail and a good understanding of all operating aspects of a bar or lounge business
Great with people and very good in relationship management
Knowledge of both local and global music trends within the industry
A proven track record of sales growth.
The person must have great communication skills along with the obvious Front of house and back of house Managerial skills.

Excellent communication and written skills
Good customer relationship and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of stock management and control
Experience in hospitality management and entertainment
Excellent decision maker with an eye for details.
Good conflict resolution skills
Highly numerical with good accounting skills.
