- monitor payroll administration and authorize all data entry into the payroll system.
-establish employee welfare and benefits.
- provide guidance and counseling on HRM issues.
-conducts audits of various payroll,benefit or other HR programs and recommends any correctives action.
-update HR spreadsheet with employee change requests and processes paperwork.
-assists with processing pf termination.
-assists with the preparation of the performance review
-assists with recruitment and interview processes.
-performs other duties as assigned.
