JOB TITLE: Human Resources Manager
Our Client in the automotive industry seeks to recruit a Human Resources Manager in their Lagos branch. The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Review, develop and maintain HR policies and processes in line with company’s requirement; and oversee HR policies/procedures to ensure the smooth running of the business


  • Design appropriate staff structure and career growth path for the different categories of the staff in the organization
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, company standards, and best practices.
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators(KPI) for employees as required and conduct performance appraisals
  • Identify training needs and participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Conduct workforce audits and provide organization reviews and make recommendations for improvement
  • Perform all other HR and organizational related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 7 Years relevant professional experience
  • Experience in the Automobile industry is an added advantage
  • Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional Human Resources qualifications/certification
