JOB TITLE: Human Resources Manager
Our Client in the automotive industry seeks to recruit a Human Resources Manager in their Lagos branch. The candidate will be responsible for:
- Review, develop and maintain HR policies and processes in line with company’s requirement; and oversee HR policies/procedures to ensure the smooth running of the business
- Design appropriate staff structure and career growth path for the different categories of the staff in the organization
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, company standards, and best practices.
- Develop Key Performance Indicators(KPI) for employees as required and conduct performance appraisals
- Identify training needs and participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Conduct workforce audits and provide organization reviews and make recommendations for improvement
- Perform all other HR and organizational related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Minimum of Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 7 Years relevant professional experience
- Experience in the Automobile industry is an added advantage
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional Human Resources qualifications/certification
