We are in need of a HR/Admin Personnel to join our team.

Job Description:

• Preparation of contracts, proposals and their interpretation; also corporate legal documents
• Review corporate documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures
• Managing contract records, corporate documents as required
• Maintain all legal records and procedures of the company
• Prepare reports and presentations HR-related metrics
• Manage employee conflicts in a timely manner
• Manage other administrative functions


• Bachelor’s degree in Law with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Human Resource Personnel
• Good understanding of legal processes, HR practices and corporate governance
• Strong communication skills
• Analytically, logical and detail oriented
• Persuasive and very good with people
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
